Week 5
Arthur
Sculpting is currently on hold for a while
in order to develop a new Vst product.
Week 4
After a reasonably successful Amelie,
I thought Arthur was going to be easier.
How wrong I was!
It has taken hundreds of attempts to pull
a low poly sphere primitive into
a satisfactory head shape.
I am still not satisfied with the base shape.
It was a real struggle
so let's see how I progress.
I'm not overly confident at the moment.
It's like I have gone back
to the trials of week 1 except WORSE!
Week 3
General
I have now created a 95 percentile male guiding box to aid initial proportions.
This will help when creating the foundations of each future male sculpt.
Let's see if I can capture male features.
Week 2
Amelie - final version
A Blender add-on

White / blue / rose / purple.

A Blender add-on
Who is she looking at?
Why has her moss turned red?
Look closely!
Why is she perspiring?
Why have her pupils dilated?
A Blender add-on
Same sculpt + small tweeks to the eyes, eyebrows and cheek bone.
Not perfect but not bad.

Amelie
Her eyes are slightly too far apart
and not wide enough.
Eyebrows are too low.
I have discovered that small, even subtle changes make such a big difference.

After my first attempts, shown below,
I am happy that general forms have improved.
